qret.me Terms of Service and Conditions of Use

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") establish the procedures and principles regarding the use of AI services provided over qret.me (the "Platform"). By using the Platform or accessing the services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Qret services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform and accessing the services.
2AI Nano Agents and Chatbots
Qret offers AI-based assistants ("Nano Agents") utilizing Large Language Models (LLM). While using these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Accuracy and Hallucinations: AI systems may occasionally produce incorrect or inaccurate information (hallucinations). Verifying the accuracy of the information provided by Nano Agents is entirely the user's responsibility. User Responsibility: You are exclusively responsible for the configuration and outputs of your AI agents. Limitations: Qret cannot be held liable for any misinformation, business loss, or damages arising from AI responses. Prohibited Use: Nano Agents cannot be used to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringes upon the rights of third parties.
3Payments and Subscriptions
Payment Management: Subscription payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Qret does not store your complete credit card information on its system. Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated, paid fees are non-refundable. Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may be restricted in digital content services once the performance of the service has begun. However, necessary preliminary information is provided to the user before the subscription starts.
4Limitation of Liability
Qret and its suppliers shall in no event be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. The services are provided on an "as is" basis.
5Intellectual Property Rights
The design, software, and "Nano Agent" brand of the Platform belong to Qret. Inputs generated by users remain the property of the user; however, users grant permission for these contents to be used anonymously for the purpose of providing the service and improving the models.
6Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account passwords and for all activities that occur under their accounts. In case of unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately contact Qret.
7Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In any disputes that may arise from this agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction belongs to the courts and execution offices of Turkey.
8Amendments
Qret reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Platform, you agree to be bound by the current terms.
